  -Immunization Reviews all Year Fall  -Vision and Hearing Screenings for K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10 new students, and other students as identified by teachers. Spring  -Puberty/Hygiene Program for 5th Graders (Parental Consent Required) -Kindergarten Registration and Screenings (Vision and Hearing)
*Reminder: If your child has medication in the school clinic at the end of the school year, it will be disposed of on the last day of school. Please arrange for a trusted adult to pick-up the medication if you do not want it destroyed. No medication will be given to students to transport home. |
