Special education services are identified through the Individual Education Program (IEP) process. IEPs are designed to meet the individual needs of each child and to ensure academic progress in the general education curriculum. Parents, teachers, and related services staff work together to develop a plan that identifies goals, objectives, accommodations, modifications, and services to meet the needs of the child. Services are available to children ages 3 through 21.
