DC Parent Meeting

Mark your calendars:  Mandatory DC Parent Meeting, May 2nd at 7pm, Tri-Valley High School Cafetorium.  Final arrangements and paperwork will be handed out and discussed.  If you have an 8th grade student attending the DC trip, PLEASE make sure a parent attends this meeting. *Note; this meeting is at the High School*

Make-up Testing Procedure:

   If your student misses an AIR Test they  will make-up their missed AIR test the date they return to school. 

Please try not to schedule appointments or have unnecessary absences during testing. Thank you for your help!! 

Open Enrollment & Intra District Information Available Now

Open Enrollment & Intra District Forms
for the 2019-2020 school year
are available now!


Parents/Guardians must submit an Open Enrollment Application or Intra District Form for each school aged child, each year.  Applications are accessible by clicking on the link below. Please review the instructions and complete the appropriate form by April 30th.  You will be notified of your child's status, via regular mail,  by July 15, 2019.


Intra District Application  is for Tri-Valley students who wish to attend a different elementary building within the Tri-Valley District.

Open Enrollment (Inter District) Application  is for students who reside in another school district and wish to attend school at Tri-Valley.



 

Help Wanted Food Service Help Wanted

We are currently hiring substitute food service workers.  This is a great opportunity for stay-at-home parents, retirees, and those looking for extra income. All costs for training and criminal background checks are covered by the school district.

If your child has medication or medical supplies in the school clinic, please arrange for someone (parent, grandparent etc.) to pick up the medication/supplies at your child’s school building by 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, 2019

Please note: Students are not permitted to take medication/supplies home with them. 

If items are not picked up by this date, the medication and medical supplies will be disposed of on Friday, May 24th.

Testing Raffle Gift Baskets

TVMS & Parent Advisory Committee have furnished prizes for daily drawings and grand prize drawings (at the conclusion of Testing) for each grade level!!  Students will be awarded 2 raffle tickets daily if they meet all components of the Testing Rubric.  Students will deposit those tickets in bins at lunch to be drawn both daily & at the conclusion of Testing.  Daily prizes include Restaurant & Retail Gift Cards & Treats!  The Grand Prize Baskets are Bowling, TV Gear, Sports & Movie Theater Prizes!

Student Drop Off/Pick Up

If you are transporting your students to/from school please follow these guidelines:

  • Students may be dropped off/picked up in front of the school building 

  • Drivers should enter through the south driveway, pull in front of the building, and exit through the north driveway.  NOTE: Right turn ONLY onto Main Street on school days between the hours of 7:00am to 8:00am and 2:00pm to 3:00pm

  • Please yield to the buses so they may stay on schedule
